I had a really enjoyable holiday at this hotel, where I felt more like a guest than just a customer. The rooms were bright and very clean, though they could use a bit of updating. The dining experience was a highlight, with excellent food and attentive service. The location was great, being close to the pier and beach, making it easy to explore the area. However, the spa experience was less satisfying due to restricted access during my visit.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Palace Hotel in Paignton. The staff were fantastic and went out of their way to help, which made me feel appreciated. The location is perfect, being just across from the beach. However, the early closing hours of the bar were disappointing, and some of the dining options could have been better in terms of variety and presentation. Overall, it was a lovely experience with just a few downsides.
